The apartments are ideal for families or small groups of people (up to 6 per apartment) seeking a simple and independent solution. They all feature a living room with balcony and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with pots and dishes, a double bedroom with wardrobe, and a small bathroom.
Depending on the accommodation you choose, you can:
- Have an additional room with 2 single beds
- Stay on the ground raised floor, first, or second floor
- Benefit from a terrace overlooking Lake Garda or the large green park.
The reservation also provides access to the Residence’s services, including private parking, 4 outdoor swimming pools with lifeguard assistance, tennis courts, soccer and ping-pong, bar-pizzeria (only during the summer season).
NOTE for the 2023 season: Due to extraordinary maintenance work, the swimming pools will not be open for the summer season 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience.
