HOTEL AL SOLE CAVAION

The Hotel al Sole, belonging to the Gaiardoni family for a century, has undergone a series of modifications and renovations passing through one hundred years of history. Gaiardoni Vittorio bought the Hotel al Sole (consisting of only one floor) in 1904 and turned it into a village inn. His son, Gaiardoni Egidio, who inherited his father’s death, built apartments above the tavern which were then in turn transformed into a guest house, in 1987, by Gaiardoni Pierangelo, son of Egidio. Pierangelo has expanded the building over time by building what later became the Ristorante al Sole.
